Your practical EVA partner launch checklist
A useful EVA launch starts with an agreed partnership, a trained contact and a referral route that works. Make the hand-off clear before promoting it. The checklist below helps coaches and gym teams organise those steps; exact timing and support are agreed with EVA rather than guaranteed by this guide.

1. Confirm the service and client fit
Discuss who you work with, what questions clients ask and why an optional clinical referral service may be relevant. Confirm location and service arrangements before making public promises about collection.
EVA™ by Elite Vita brings blood results, DNA insights and health context together in a clinician-reviewed personalised protocol. Elite DNA + Blood is our recommended starting point, with Blood Intelligence available for clients who would prefer to start with blood testing. Your role is to introduce appropriate, interested clients and continue your own coaching or member service. Neither participation nor a particular outcome should be promised to every client.
2. Complete the agreement before using partner assets
Keep current client pricing and private partner terms distinct. Use approved materials so that staff explain the initial purchase and any continuing subscription correctly.
3. Name the people who own the hand-off
Nominate a partner champion and agree the EVA contact for operational questions. Make sure the champion knows how to explain the service, where clinical questions go and how to raise a problem.
4. Brief the team with real scenarios
Practise a short introduction, a client declining and a client asking a clinical question. Use the agreed introduction wording and disclosure. Check that staff can explain the limits without sounding evasive.
Ask for the approved materials needed for your launch: a service explainer, client-fit guidance, referral instructions, current pricing information and contact routes. Confirm what is actually supplied before announcing a workshop, collection session or joint campaign.
5. Test the referral route
Use an approved test process with non-sensitive dummy information. Confirm where the enquiry arrives, who follows it up and how attribution is recorded. Do not submit invented health records or create a real paid customer as a test.
- Dummy test enquiry
- Arrives with EVA
- Follow-up owner
- Attribution recorded
Check mobile links and the destination shown by any QR code. Remove outdated versions so staff and clients use the same route.
6. Start with relevant introductions
Choose a manageable first group of conversations with clients who have expressed a relevant interest. Explain the option, ask permission and let the client decide. A personalised introduction is not permission for an unrelated mass marketing message.
EVA handles the clinical service and client questions after the hand-off. Your team remains available for appropriate coaching and practical support.
7. Review the process and agree the next action
Discuss completed introductions, booking friction, unanswered questions and support issues using the referral and commission status available to partners. Keep personal health information out of the partner review.
Identify one improvement and an owner. If introductions are not happening, ask whether the audience, explanation or process needs adjustment before producing more promotional material. Do not present an early count of referrals as proof of improved retention or client health.
Questions partners ask
Can we launch immediately after applying?
An application starts the fit process. Agreement, briefing, referral setup and required approvals come before public activation.
What is the best first launch format?
Choose the simplest format that fits your clients and agreed support: individual introductions, a staff-led explanation or a confirmed education session. There is no single required format.
