Practice partnerships

EVA partnerships for health and wellness practices

Give interested clients a clear route to clinically guided health support alongside the service they already trust you to provide. EVA™ by Elite Vita works with health and wellness practices, including clinics, nutrition practices and spas. EVA brings blood results, DNA insights and health context together in a clinician-reviewed personalised protocol. Elite DNA + Blood is our recommended starting point, with Blood Intelligence available for clients who would prefer to start with blood testing.

A practitioner talks a client through notes on a tablet in a calm wellness studio

Your practice continues delivering its own service. EVA manages its client service, from collection and clinical review to supplement fulfilment and support. The fit conversation establishes how that relationship would work for your business.

Build around the service you already provide

Start with the questions clients bring to your practice. They may want to understand blood testing, explore optional DNA insight or ask about a personalised supplement service. Explain which of those questions your own team can address and where an introduction to EVA could be useful.

The right arrangement depends on your practice. A nutrition professional may already have an established advice and review process. A clinic may need to discuss clinical coordination. A spa or non-clinical wellness team may want a clearly defined introduction route. Describe your actual service and professional roles when discussing fit with EVA.

Agree how the services sit alongside each other

If your practice already provides testing, advice or supplements, explain that during the partnership conversation. Clarify the responsibilities of each team, the questions clients should direct to EVA and how you will explain separate services and costs.

Under EVA’s published Trusted Partner model, partners see referral and commission status only. The partnership does not provide access to health, DNA or protocol data.

Keep the client’s choice clear

An EVA introduction is optional. Explain what the client is considering, where to find current package information and whom to ask about suitability. EVA confirms suitability directly with the client.

Make the initial purchase and ongoing monthly supplement commitment clear. Do not present EVA as automatically included in your practice’s package or imply that every follow-up test is included. Agree any combined commercial arrangement before offering it.

Bring the right information to the fit conversation

Tell EVA:

  • What your practice provides and where it operates.
  • Which non-identifying client questions make the service relevant.
  • How testing, nutrition advice or supplements currently fit into your work.
  • Who would be the contact for partnership arrangements.
  • Which responsibilities or operational requirements you need to clarify.

Questions practices ask

We already offer supplements. What should we discuss?

Explain your existing service and how clients receive advice, products and follow-up. Agree how EVA’s separate clinical review and supplement service would be described alongside it. Avoid promising that an EVA protocol will simply be added to an existing supplement routine; EVA’s questionnaire checks that clients are not repeating supplements EVA recommends. Additional supplements require clinician review.

Does the partnership connect to our practice software?

The published Trusted Partner pathway describes client introductions to EVA. It does not establish a software integration or records-sharing connection. If either is important to your practice, raise the requirement during the fit conversation and obtain a confirmed arrangement before planning around it.

Can our team receive clinical records?

Under the published partner model, your team does not receive clients’ health, DNA or protocol data. Partner visibility is limited to referral and commission status. A clinic with a separate clinical-coordination requirement should discuss it with EVA; the referral relationship alone does not authorise access or sharing.
