Health isn't one size fits all.

From the first introduction to the monthly delivery.

  1. Choose and collect
  2. Review and understand
  3. Receive and follow
  4. Continue and review

Step 1

Choose and collect

Your client chooses Blood Intelligence or Elite DNA + Blood Intelligence. EVA arranges collection at home, at work or at an agreed partner session.

Step 2

Review and understand

Blood results are typically ready in around five days. IGF-1 results arrive within seven days. DNA results typically follow in approximately four weeks. A clinician reviews the information and finalises the personalised protocol.

Step 3

Receive and follow

The first month of supplements is included. Clients access their reports, protocol and practical guidance through EVA and DEVA™, the daily guidance experience within the platform.

Step 4

Continue and review

Monthly supplement delivery starts 30 days after the first order and renews automatically under the client’s subscription, with no minimum term. Follow-up testing and protocol reviews take place at clinician-recommended intervals.

You introduce EVA. We manage the service.

Your role

Identify suitable clients, introduce EVA using our partner materials and nominate a point of contact.

Coaches keep coaching; gyms keep building their community; practices continue their own service.

Our role

Manage collection, laboratory processing, clinical review, personalised protocols, supplement fulfilment and EVA member support.

Give your team the briefing and materials to explain the offer clearly.

Your client stays in control

The client chooses whether to join and manages their relationship with EVA. Individual results and health information stay private between the client and EVA. Partners see referral and commission status only, never health, DNA or protocol data.

  3. Prepare your launch

Use EVA client materials and your tracked referral route. Agree an introduction approach that fits your coaching, membership or practice.

  4. Introduce your first clients

Connect suitable clients with EVA. Our team handles their onboarding and clinical questions, and supports you with the partnership.

A supplement plan with a reason behind each choice.

From results to a routine your client can follow. EVA brings clinical review, selected supplements and monthly supply together, with a reason behind each choice.

Blood results inform current priorities. DNA adds inherited context where included. The clinician considers the client’s goals and clinical information when reviewing supplement selection, forms and dosing.

  • Personalised selection

Clients receive the supplements selected for their protocol, with instructions on how to take them. The plan can be reviewed as updated results and clinical information become available.

  • Ingredient forms matter

The EVA range includes magnesium bisglycinate, triglyceride-form omega-3 and selected formulations using Indena Phytosome® ingredients. The client’s protocol determines which products and doses are appropriate; these are examples from the range.

  • Manufacturing standards matter too

EVA supplements are produced by manufacturers operating to GMP standards and certified to ISO 22000 for food safety management. Alongside the ingredient forms and clinician-reviewed selection, these manufacturing standards are part of the quality behind the range.

Questions before you partner

What does becoming a Trusted Partner involve?

You introduce EVA to suitable clients and nominate a point of contact. EVA supports your team with a briefing, client materials and a referral route, then manages the client’s testing, clinical review and supplement service.

Which clients are a good fit?

Adults already investing in their health, training or wellbeing who want a more informed approach to testing and supplementation. EVA confirms service suitability directly with each client.

What makes the supplements personal?

The clinician reviews supplement selection, forms and dosing in the context of blood results, goals and clinical information, with DNA insight where included. Protocols are reviewed as updated information becomes available.

What does the monthly price cover?

The personalised supplement supply, delivery, guidance through EVA and ongoing protocol refinement. Month one is included in onboarding. The Partner member monthly price is AED 799, starting 30 days after the first order and renewing automatically, with no minimum term; follow-up testing is priced separately unless expressly included in an offer.

Do we need to interpret results or recommend doses?

No. Result interpretation and protocol decisions stay with EVA’s clinical team. Your team explains the service and makes the introduction. Clinical questions go directly to EVA.

Will we receive our clients’ health results?

No. Individual results remain private between the client and EVA. Partners see referral and commission status only, never health, DNA or protocol data.

How do we learn about the partnership terms?

Apply to become a Trusted Partner. EVA will discuss the commercial terms, agreement and onboarding support directly with you during the partnership conversation.

What happens after we apply?

EVA reviews your business and client profile. Where there is a fit, we arrange a short conversation, explain the terms and agree an approach to onboarding and introducing EVA to your clients.

What should we confirm before agreeing the partnership?

Client prices explain what a client pays for EVA. Your business should separately confirm its partner agreement before presenting a commercial arrangement to clients. Bring these questions to the partnership conversation:

  • Are there joining costs, ongoing obligations or minimum commitments for our business?
  • Which introductions qualify, how is attribution established and how are questions about it resolved?
  • If a partner payment applies, what triggers it, when is it settled and what happens after a refund or cancellation?
  • What branding, promotion and commercial-disclosure wording can we use?
  • How can either side change or end the arrangement, and what happens to clients already introduced?

These are questions for the agreement, not conditions or benefits already promised. Apply to discuss the partnership.
