Add a clinically guided health service to your gym’s member experience
EVA™ by Elite Vita brings blood results, DNA insights and health context together in a clinician-reviewed personalised protocol. Elite DNA + Blood is our recommended starting point, with Blood Intelligence available for members who would prefer to start with blood testing. Your team introduces the service and supports the member relationship. EVA handles collection, clinical review, personalised supplement support and clinical questions.

Add a service members can understand
A new partnership is useful only when members understand why it exists and staff know how it works. EVA gives your gym a defined referral pathway for members who want to explore blood testing, optional DNA insight and clinician-reviewed recommendations. Blood tests show where your health markers are now. DNA can add context about inherited factors that may influence those results and help the clinical team tailor your plan towards better health.
EVA adds a layer of personalised health support alongside your gym’s coaching, designed to help members work towards better energy, performance and progress from their training. Members can choose to add this support to their existing gym experience.
Keep responsibilities clear from the start
Your gym nominates a staff champion, completes the agreed briefing and introduces suitable, interested members using approved materials. The champion helps colleagues understand the hand-off and raises operational issues with EVA.
EVA manages collection arrangements, laboratory processing, clinical review, the personalised protocol, supplement fulfilment and client support. Collection at a partner location is subject to agreement; do not advertise an on-site session until arrangements are confirmed.
Connect the offer to your member experience
Use an ordinary goal review to discover whether a member wants to learn more. Explain the service briefly, ask permission to introduce them and make clear that saying no does not affect their coaching or membership.
For members who choose EVA, your team can continue discussing attendance, training habits and practical support. Clinical follow-up and any repeat testing remain EVA’s responsibility. Do not align every member to a fixed testing interval or promise that retests are included.
A longer service journey creates opportunities for useful conversations. Whether that improves your gym’s retention needs to be measured; it is not an established EVA outcome.
Start with one manageable launch
- Confirm owner support and name a staff champion.
- Agree the partnership and responsibilities.
- Brief the team on client fit, privacy and the introduction process.
- Test the approved link or referral route.
- Introduce EVA in a relevant member conversation or agreed education session.
- Review questions, hand-off friction and the next action with EVA.
Use the current partner programme and client pricing when explaining the offer. Do not add private commercial terms to public member materials.
Questions gym owners ask
Does every member need testing?
No. Participation is optional and suitability is handled by EVA. A member can continue using your gym without joining EVA.
Does our team need to become a clinical team?
No. Your role is introduction, coaching and community. Clinical interpretation and advice remain with EVA.
Does EVA guarantee better member retention?
No. The partnership adds a service pathway. Attendance, coaching quality, value, convenience and individual circumstances still affect whether members stay.
