How to introduce EVA in a useful, respectful client conversation

Introduce EVA when it answers a relevant client question, explain the service briefly and let the client decide whether to hear more. A coach or gym team introduces the option; EVA manages clinical interpretation and support. The conversation should make responsibilities clearer, not turn into a diagnosis or a pressured sale.

Start with the question the client asked

A client might ask about testing, personalised supplements or where to seek clinical guidance. First establish whether they want information or an introduction. Do not assume that every training concern indicates a need for testing.

If a question concerns symptoms, a diagnosis, medication or a result, direct it to an appropriate qualified healthcare professional. A referral programme is not a substitute for medical care, and a coach should not assess the clinical meaning of a result in a sales conversation.

An introduction for an agreed EVA partner

“We work with EVA by Elite Vita as a referral partner. If you are interested, EVA can explain how it brings blood results, DNA insights and health context together in a clinician-reviewed personalised protocol. EVA handles the clinical questions; I remain focused on your coaching. Would you like the information or an introduction?”

Use this wording only once the partnership is agreed. Explain the applicable commercial relationship using your approved disclosure; do not hide a referral incentive. Keep the client’s decision separate from their access to coaching.

When a client asks which supplements to take

“I do not want to guess from a training conversation. If you want to explore EVA’s clinically guided service, its team can explain how the assessment and review work. You can decide whether that is relevant to you.”

When a member wants to know what the gym will see

“The EVA partnership does not give our team access to your individual blood or DNA records. EVA handles the clinical service and private results. We can continue supporting your training without you sharing those records with us.”

For detailed questions about collection, processing or sharing of data, direct the client to EVA’s privacy information and team. Do not improvise claims about data residency or legal compliance.

Before making the hand-off

Confirm that the client wants the introduction and use the agreed referral route. Explain where to find current package prices and subscription details. Do not call the ongoing service free or imply that every follow-up test is included.

Only share information needed for the agreed introduction through the approved process. Permission to introduce someone does not automatically authorise marketing messages or access to clinical results. Ask EVA when the process is unclear.

Keep the follow-up relevant

Ask whether the client received the information they requested or knows whom to contact. Direct booking and clinical questions to EVA. Do not ask for a screenshot of the report to prove that the referral progressed.

Client decision card

Considering EVA? Check the whole service before you choose.

EVA™ by Elite Vita brings blood results, DNA insights and health context together in a clinician-reviewed personalised protocol. Your coach or practice can introduce the service; EVA confirms suitability and handles its clinical questions.

Before joining, check:

  • Which onboarding package you are choosing and its current price.
  • What the included first month covers.
  • When monthly payment starts, how it renews and how cancellation works.
  • Whether a follow-up test has a separate charge.
  • Who to contact about collection, results, supplements or support.

Participation is optional. The partnership does not give your coach or practice access to your health, DNA or protocol data.

Read the current EVA package information and customer terms. Ask EVA to explain anything that is unclear before you decide.

Questions partners ask

What if the client declines?

Respect the decision and continue the coaching or gym service as agreed. Do not create a sense that declining EVA means they are less committed to their health.

Can I promise a particular improvement?

No. Explain the service and process accurately. Do not promise changes in energy, performance, biomarkers, lifespan or training results.
